ASMPT Joins CuspAI's AI Materials Foundry as a Founding Partner

20.07.2026

ASMPT is pleased to announce that it has joined CuspAI's AI Materials Foundry as a Founding Partner, alongside a global ecosystem of industry leaders, scientific institutions and technology innovators.

The AI Materials Foundry is a collaborative initiative designed to accelerate materials discovery and development by combining AI, scientific research and industry expertise.

For the semiconductor industry, future advancements in AI computing, advanced packaging and energy-efficient electronics will depend not only on computing power, but also on continued materials innovation.

At ASMPT, we believe the future of innovation lies at the intersection of AI and domain expertise. While AI can rapidly surface new material possibilities, experienced engineers and technologists play a critical role in understanding which discoveries matter, why they matter and how they can be successfully implemented in semiconductor manufacturing.

As a Founding Partner, ASMPT looks forward to collaborating with fellow members to help translate AI-driven discoveries into real-world industrial impact.
